Paddy Centenary Limited Edition whiskey was released as a once-off in 2013 to celebrate the centenary of the brand which was founded back in 1913. Based on the packaging, bottling and recipe which Paddy Doherty used when selling Cork Distiller’s whiskey. Matured in ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks, Paddy Centenary has become one of the most popular limited edition whiskeys in Ireland due to its balance of flavours between the smokiness from the bourbon casks and the sweetness from the sherry casks.
