ShortCross Gin 70cl
A deliciously complex craft gin, Shortcross Gin was founded by Fiona and David Boyd-Armstrong, a husband and wife from just outside Downpatrick, Co. Down. Using captivating botanicals such as coriander, orange peel and apple, this delightful gin works wonders in cocktails or simply on it’s own. Winner of the ‘Master’ award in the Ultra Premium category at the Gin Masters competition in 2016.
Winner Silver Medal in the Spirits Category at 2014 Blas na hÉireann Awards. Shortcross is a classical Gin style but with a unique twist, best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is smooth with an exceptionally long aftertaste and finish. This is achieved through the use of fresh apples, elderberries and wild clover distilled with other botanicals including juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia.
